This product is very comfortable and ease to use, the ball is soft and fast response to your action.
Another call to customer service: same thing, would send a hyperlink to my e-mail. The download would not work with this product. There are no batteries to replace or mouse pads that wear out.I enjoy using the product. Then came the hyperlink.As it turns out the "special" hyperlink to my e-mail was the same one that came with the mouse, that was used the first time before calling them, meaning the customer service calls, wait times and attempted tranlations into english were all a waste of my time.Now, after repeated attempts, the download worked and the product is functioning well. Called customer service in India about the problem, /Said he would send me a hyperlink to my e-mail. That did not occur.
I don't use it for anything specialized, just basic computer and internet, and have never had any problems or complaints. It stays on my desk so this is rarely a problem, and the optical thingies under the ball occasionally get dusty but are easily cleaned.If you use a mouse, get a trackball. I bought one of these several years ago after being a traditional mouse-user since the dawn of time, and was amazed that such a thing as a trackball can exist and yet people still use mouses. After four or five years the left-click is wearing out and I'm looking for a new one.I have noticed that the ball has no retainer, it does fall out. Once you get used to it, the only thing you'll use a mouse for is to play with your cat. Mice. Whatever.I've been nothing but pleased with it.
It doesnt have a ring to keep the ball in place, this is not good for portability. It is a little ergonomic, but could be more ergnomic.
on the upside the optical feature works very nicely and it moves swiftly. It fits my hand perfectly, but my hands are small so perhaps it is not suited for anyone with a bigger hand.
This mouse is very good quality. it dissapointed me that there is no scoller button, but i blame myself b/c i should have noticed from the picture.
I would perhaps suggest the "Logitech Trackman Wheel (Silver)" which is pretty standard and can be founf anywhere when seaching for a trackball mouse i have only a few things that i wish it had.
I also noticed that there is NO SCROLLER BUTTON.
The best trackball mouse I have ever purchased. This trackball mouse has been great. I do graphic work with it and the precision and ease of use is amazing.
